No, I don't mean your boss, I mean the decision makers, the people your bosses go to, to get the skinny on what the goings on are around the company. Sometimes that person is the ass-kisser, sometimes that person is simply the best, they are relatively easy to find because they are always in the know and seem always to be getting awards.
